The birthday version

Give the birthday person the first turn in every round — the game rotates the starting player automatically, so just create the room in their name and let the rotation do the rest.

For a kids' party, keep to family and classroom questions and shorten the game to three rounds. Attention spans and cake sugar do not mix well with ten-round marathons.

Setups by age

  • Kids: teams of two, one shared tablet, three rounds.
  • Teens: everyone on their own phone, five rounds, funny pack.
  • Adults: party pack, five rounds, three guesses each.
  • Mixed family party: family pack, pair adults with kids.

Frequently asked questions

Is Survey Smash free?

Yes. Every question, every game mode and every question pack is free to play.

How many people can play?

2–6 players. One person creates a game, everyone else joins with the room code. You can also play solo against the bots.

Do I need an account?

No. You type a nickname and you're in — there's no sign-up, email or password anywhere in the game.

How long does a game take?

You choose 3–10 rounds per game, with 30 seconds per turn, so a five-round game usually runs 15–20 minutes.
