Why it works for families

Most family games are won by whoever knows the most facts, which usually means the same adult wins every week. Survey games score you on reading people instead, and kids are often better at that than the grown-ups.

There's nothing to set up and nothing to lose under the sofa. Everyone joins from their own phone, or you pass one device around the table.

How to run the night

  • Create a game and read the code out to the table.
  • Set five rounds and two guesses per player for a first game.
  • Let the youngest player start — the game rotates who goes first each round.
  • Read the recap screen out loud between rounds; that's where the arguments happen.
  • Finish on the podium, then hit rematch if anyone demands a rerun.

Family and home questions are the safest ground — everyone has an opinion about chores and what's in the fridge. Add a couple of funny ones for the laugh, and save food questions for after dinner when everyone's already arguing about it.
